Job Description:
Summary
The position is responsible for day to day Monitoring and accurately recording hearings as per the Epiq Global Recording and Monitoring Manual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Produce good quality audio recording of hearings
Produce good quality and accurate annotations of hearings.
To provide spellings of names, terminology, et cetera, to enable an accurate transcript to be produced and ensure that all requirements are met to adequately cover hearings.
To liaise with Epiq’s clients and co-workers in an appropriate manner
To produce and submit accurate court attendance sheets and travelling sitting time sheets
Uploading and converting audio when and if required
To adhere to company policies and procedures and take responsibility for own performance accordingly.
To travel and work outside of office locations and regional locations to record hearings when and if required
Assist with Administration when and if required
Assist other office locations when and if required
Other duties as directed
Minimum Education
High School Graduate
Minimum Experience
Six months to one year basic office administration employment
Additional Requirements
Attention to detail
Ability to travel Ability to workout side standard business hour’s Current driver’s license
