In order to deliver our service to the community, we are looking for team members who are available to work a variety of day and night shifts on a 24/7 basis across a large team roster.
As a part of this role your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Undertaking monitoring of and liaising with a range of offenders subject to electronic monitoring conditions.
Ensure alerts are addressed promptly, resolved, and referred for resolution to relevant stakeholders.
Follow data entry processes to ensure records are entered accurately.
Maintain Buddi’s high standard in a fast paced and responsive environment.
Demonstrate customer service skills such as professionalism, reliance, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Intermediate level of computer skills (or ability to be a fast learner!!) as the role undertakes a high level of data entry, review and quality assurance.
An ability to ensure you maintain a high level of confidentiality and impartiality in your role.

High level of availability to work 24/7 shifts on a casual basis;

A strong level of computer literacy, with excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail;
Authorised to work in Australia.
It is an essential requirement of the role that successful applicants will have had their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 1 December 2021 and their second dose by 17 January 2022.
