The Buddi Australia division was established in late 2019 to support growth in the local marketplace and now has two established offices, one in Sydney and another in Darwin. With management available locally in Australia, we now support our Australian customers with local knowledge of operations, legislation, and offender management programs.
About the Role
Working closely with our customer, Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW), this position is responsible for actively monitoring low to high-risk offenders within the State of NSW. Operating in a fast paced, call centre-like environment, you will be tasked with alert monitoring requiring real time responses and data entry, whilst communicating with offenders and relevant stakeholders over the phone on a daily basis.
8-hour shifts are rostered 7 days per week, rotating between 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00, affording team members attractive penalty rates and a flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
• Undertaking monitoring, inbound and outbound calls with a range of offenders subject to electronic monitoring conditions, such as GPS tracking.
• Ensure alerts are addressed promptly, resolved, and referred for resolution to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow data entry processes to ensure records are entered accurately.
• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with customers and stakeholders including CSNSW.
• Maintain Buddi’s high standard in a fast paced and responsive environment.
